Dr. Randy Pausch honored by Google

Carnegie Mellon professor Dr. Randy Pausch passed away Thursday. He is known for his work on Alice, the Entertainment Technology Center, and his speech and book entitled “The Last Lecture”.

This weekend Google placed a link to his lecture on their homepage.

Randy, you have shown me more courage than anyone I have met. You have inspired me and many others to seek out their dreams and to never let brick walls stop you. You “touched the world” and gave us hope in a society cynical its leaders and of the future.

RIP Professor. I am honored to have been your student.
